Saat kuputuskan untuk berkarir didunia games aku dah tau klo bakalan begini. Begini what? A lot of overtime and high presure when working...haha that true that the way of programmer must be on time when deliver build to HQ(HeadQuarter) at Paris. Yes the bussinnes process must be like that first we must compose proposal about game concept to HQ, there are any bargaining on that about feature, gameplay and other part of the game, not only game concept but we must compose schedule for development and must be make sense with their bussines process, shortest time is better but not better for us I mean dev team (especially pogrammer), It will make us crazy because we always pushed from top until to our limit, overtime is must. Yeah but our hardwork are not rewarded with good salary and not acceptable, illogical. I will wait until one year if I received reward and salary at same way. I will quit..!!!!
